Course Description
This course forms leaders who understand authority as a vocation of charity and the human person as a gift.
Rooted in the vision of Theology of the Body, it reclaims leadership not as domination, performance, or self-advancement, but as entrusted authority exercised in love. Participants will explore the meaning of the human person as embodied, relational, and created for self-gift — and discover how this anthropology transforms the way we lead.
By integrating theological depth with practical application, this formation equips CEO's, Executives, Directors and emerging leaders to exercise servant authority with integrity, cultivate cultures of trust and communion, and foster genuine human flourishing in their workplaces and communities.
